An anti-corruption Compliance Department (hereinafter referred to as the Department), reporting to the Compliance Officer of Kazakhstan Engineering National Company JSC operates in Kazakhstan Engineering R&D Center LLP (hereinafter referred to as the Partnership). The main functions of the Department are to monitor the compliance of the activities of the employees, officials, and workers of the Partnership with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Combating Corruption" and the internal rules and procedures of the Partnership.
If you have encountered corruption, unethical behavior, if you believe that your rights have been infringed or if you have become an unwitting witness to illegal corruption violations on the part of Officials and employees of Kazakhstan Engineering R&D LLP, please contact:
