Research and experimental development in the field of defense and national security

In his speech "Kazakhstan in the Post-Crisis World: An Intellectual Breakthrough into the Future," President N.A. Nazarbayev set the task of creating scientific and technical units in industries, ministries, and national companies to analyze all ongoing and planned projects. In addition, the Military

One of these tasks is to conduct research-and-development and experimental-design work and to intensify innovation activities for the qualitative renewal of the scientific-technical and technological-industrial base of defense industry enterprises.
