Services

Research and experimental development in the field of defense and national security

Users of our services: 

Ministry of Defense; Border Police of the National Security Committee; State Security Service; National Guard of the Ministry of Internal Affairs; Ministry of Emergency Situations; defense industry enterprises. Military standards have been developed for the following enterprises: Semey Engineering JSC, Tynys JSC, PZTM JSC, Steel Manufacturing LLP, Kazakhstan Aselsan Engineering LLP and others.

Expert opinions on weapons, military and special equipment facilities have been prepared for the needs of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Expertise was carried out on newly received and modernized types of weapons, military and special equipment.

Our products
  • Research and experimental development in the field of defense and national security, including the development of military and civilian national standards, technical regulations, and other regulatory documents for the needs of the Armed Forces, other troops, military units and defense industry enterprises, as well as participation in the implementation of mobilization preparation and mobilization policies;
  • Research and experimental innovative developments in the creation and improvement of weapons and equipment, and the development of information technologies in the Armed Forces, other troops, and military units, including scientific and technical expertise;
  • Research and development work on the modernization and/or creation of products, including dual-use products, for defense and national security, including scientific and technical support and supervision of experimental-design work;
  • Applied research in the field of social and human sciences aimed at industrial development and carried out by scientific entities. 


Engineering and Technical Services

  1. Development of design-and-technological documentation for products in accordance with the Unified System for Design Documentation (USDD) and the Unified System for Technological Documentation (USTD). Full development cycle:
    • design documentation (technical proposal, preliminary design, technical design);
    • working design documentation (product drawings and operational documentation);
    • process documentation (process instructions, flow charts, etc.);
  2. reverse engineering (3D modelling of products based on physical samples);
  3. Prototyping:
    • rapid prototype assembly based on developed design and process documentation;
    • selection or manufacturing of components;
    • functional testing and inspection;
    • preparation for serial production (if necessary);
  4. production of product models of any complexity.
